Alexa and Kate were having a very clean al fresco when they happened upon a mud puddle. Alexa got so excited that she plunged her hands in and squished the mud through her fingers then through her toes. Then her friends came to join which made her excited and she started flapping her hands and this flung mud on everyone and all I could do was laugh. When they turned around to show me their messy hands they were all flecked with mud head to toe. 
Kate escaped out front, and this is where we found her.
Digging in the Dirt is such hard work for a princess!
I just love her in the gown, tiara and hand on her forehead. It is too cute!
